So I am a workout guru and I love to try new things. One of my recent ventures was Pop pilates by Cassey Ho on blogilates.com. This girl is super fantastic and I love her. Pilates is a great workout if you are unfamiliar with it. It’s a workout that’s not to hard because every exercise has a beginner, intermediate, and advanced level. The other great thing is, you never really feel it while your doing. That’s absolutely why some people hate to workout, when you can feel the pain while it’s happening. Trust and believe me though, you will definitely fell it the next day.
